Our team is small on purpose.
It means there's no layers to wade through - you ring the office and you speak to someone who can actually help, whether that's getting a bin out to you tomorrow morning or changing a booking because the job's run over.
Behind the phones is a team of dispatchers and drivers who take pride in knowing Sydney's streets properly. Which roads our trucks can't turn. Where the access is tight. Which councils are strict on permits. Which suburbs have overhead wires that'll kill a delivery if you don't plan for it.
It's the kind of knowledge you can't Google - you earn it by driving around the city every day for years.
The owners are on site and on the tools. They answer the phone, they deliver bins when things are flat out, and they're the ones who sign off the prices. If something goes sideways, it gets escalated to someone who actually cares about fixing it.
What Our Team Looks Like
Customer Service
These are the people who pick up when you ring. Their job is to listen properly, ask the right questions, and match you with the right bin for the right price, without upselling or guessing. If you have ever rung a company and been left feeling more confused than when you started, you know how much this matters. We have worked hard to make sure our team does the opposite.
Dispatch and Logistics
The people you never see but whose work you definitely feel. They build daily routes, juggle last-minute bookings, manage bin movements across the whole fleet, and keep everyone on schedule. If a driver is running late and rings you to let you know, that is the dispatch team in action behind the scenes.
Drivers
Our drivers are the face of the business. They know Sydney roads inside and out, they know how to place a bin in a tight spot without scratching your pavers, and they know how to chat to customers in a way that leaves everyone in a better mood. They are fully licensed, safety trained, and patient.
Yard and Depot Crew
Once a full bin comes back to the depot, our yard crew cleans the bin and gets it ready for the next job. It is not glamorous work, but it is the reason our bins arrive clean and our turnaround times stay fast.
Management
Our leadership team is small and hands-on. Everyone has worked across the business - customer service, driving, dispatch, yard - so decisions get made by people who understand what actually happens on the ground. If you ever have a concern that needs escalating, you will speak to someone who has been in every seat in the company.
